Heart Root Counseling, LCSW, PLLC is expanding and hiring an LMSW/LCSW to join the team! We are seeking a highly motivated clinician to better serve clients. Heart Root Counseling, LCSW, PLLC is an Out-of-Network private practice located in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Please see below for further information.

 

Details:

• This is a part-time virtual position.

• Clinical hours will be provided for LMSWs

• Candidates will set their own schedules.

• This is a unique opportunity ideal for someone with at least 6 months-1 year of experience in a clinical setting.

• Candidates will do some of their own marketing and those who are motivated to network will be strongly preferred.

• Clinical focus: adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, self esteem, post-traumatic stress, personal growth.

 

Qualifications:

• Preference will be given to those with an interest in integrating traditional talk therapy; relational psychotherapy; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); mindfulness and somatic approaches; trauma-focused modalities (such as ART or EMDR).

• Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work

• Candidates must be a NYS Licensed LMSW/LCSW.

• Prior understanding of the previously mentioned modalities will be strongly considered.

• At least 6 months-1 year of experience working in outpatient mental healthcare  at a clinic, group practice or agency setting (this may include graduate field placement)

• Recent graduates with strong clinical skills are invited to apply!
